"Fishin'"

This painting is almost an abstract. While on vacation in Maine, I became intrigued by the reflected patterns on the water. So I did a painting of those patterns and came up with this.

The title, "Fishin'" may seem a bit fishy until you look closely at the painting. There is a fishing bobber in the picture. I put that in to ground the painting in the real world and make it so that it is not just another abstract painting. If you stare at it long enough, you can see that the blue sky and the trees above are all reflected in the water.
